Frequently asked questions
What is PDF Splitter & Merger useful for?
Combine PDFs, extract pages, rotate and arrange them in your browser. Open the downloaded document and check every page, especially page order, clipping and readable text.
Is my information stored?
Your PDFs stay temporarily in this browser tab. They are not uploaded by this tool or saved in browser storage. Clear all releases them, and your original files remain untouched.
Will the layout or quality change?
Original page content, page sizes and existing crop boxes are copied, not printed or converted into images. The thumbnails are only previews. Your chosen rotations are applied to the saved pages.
Can I use signed PDFs or forms?
Not in this version. Use an unsigned copy without interactive fields or editable annotations. Export a flattened copy of a completed form using your PDF software first, then check its visible values.
Is excluding a page secure redaction?
No. This is a page organiser, not a sanitiser. Shared resources or hidden content can remain in PDF objects. Bookmarks and clickable links are omitted from the new document. Do not rely on splitting to permanently remove sensitive information.
